Providing a Safe, Supportive Home for Older Youth
Sunnybrook Children’s Home is licensed by the State of Mississippi to provide residential care for older youth who meet the criteria for basic care. Youth considered appropriate for basic care are those who are capable of functioning in a family environment as part of the community.
Restoring Hope for Mississippi Youth Through Compassionate Christian Care
Youth come to Sunnybrook through the Department of Child Protection Services, the courts, churches and private family placements. Traditionally, most of the youth come from Mississippi. Our Children’s Home is steeped in the rich tradition of the houseparent model of care. Sunnybrook Children’s Home continues its legacy of transforming the lives of youth through restoring hope in a Christian home.
